The Quality Manager will lead the site quality function, setting strategy and performance metrics while overseeing the Quality Management System. They are responsible for managing audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field and at least 10 years of progressive experience in aerospace or defense. Strong expertise in AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards, along with leadership experience in quality engineering or manufacturing, is required.

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
