The Pre-Press Specialist is responsible for preparing and verifying the layout, color, and format of images and text before full-scale print production. This includes performing pre-flight checks, creating graphic proofs, and ensuring all files meet quality standards.
Candidates need 2-3 years of industry experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) on both PC and Mac. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are required.

The Pre-Press Specialist sets the foundation and structure for successful printing production. The PPS must ensure that the proper format, color, appearance, layout, and detail of images and text is accurate and set before the full size print is run in the print production process.
