Define long-term technical direction for cloud, platform, and DevOps practices while leading cross-team initiatives to improve reliability and scalability. Partner with leadership to align platform strategy with business objectives and mentor engineers to raise overall engineering standards.
Requires approximately 10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or higher and possess strong leadership skills in defining cloud strategy.
