The Materials Coordinator manages the receiving, storage, and shipping of materials to support manufacturing operations. They are responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring traceability, and coordinating material flow across various departments.
A high school diploma and basic computer proficiency are required, with a preference for 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material handling equipment.
Position Summary: The Materials Coordinator is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, moving, tracking, and shipping materials in support of TEC operations. This position maintains inventory accuracy, ensures proper material identification and traceability, supports production through timely material availability, and performs shipping and receiving activities while complying with TEC quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
The Materials Coordinator works closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure efficient material flow throughout the organization.

Work is performed primarily in a warehouse and manufacturing environment with regular exposure to shipping, receiving, production, and inventory operations. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be work as required.
