Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers and rooftop units. Ensure operational efficiency and safety while providing professional customer service and documenting all service calls.
Requires EPA Universal Certification, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and preferably 3+ years of commercial HVACR experience. Candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and possess industry-standard hand tools.

Position Summary
As part of the Allied team and broader Tech24 network, the HVACR technician plays a critical role in minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring customers' operations run efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in the field.

The advertised pay range for this position is $20-$45 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with advanced commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience, manufacture certifications, or specialized expertise may be considered at the higher end of the range.
