Lead all HR and People Experience operations for France, including serving as the CSE President and managing employee relations. Oversee the full employee lifecycle and ensure legal compliance across France, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Requires a Master's degree or equivalent with over 8 years of HR Generalist experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Must have deep expertise in French labor law and a proven track record as a CSE President or Employer Representative.

We're looking for our next People Experience Manager to join our team as a key partner to our France-based colleagues. As our People Experience Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for all things HR in France: from navigating CSE regulations and French employment law to coaching managers through people challenges and ensuring our employees feel informed, supported, and valued every step of the lifecycle.

The salary for this role is based on experience, education, and the expertise you bring. The pay range for this role is €72,000 – €79,000/year.
