You will manage and expand a portfolio of tech and channel partnerships to drive revenue growth across the APAC region. This involves executing the global partnership strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS partnerships and a strong commercial drive to meet revenue targets. You must be a resourceful, independent problem-solver based in Sydney with the ability to travel as needed.

As a Senior Partnerships Manager at Teamtailor, you'll take ownership of our established APAC partner ecosystem, a role that combines tech and channel partnerships to drive real commercial impact across the region. This is a commercial partnership role with serious revenue upside, you'll take Teamtailor's global partnerships strategy and playbook and continue applying it locally to scale what's already working.
From day one, you'll be focused on deepening existing partner relationships, growing their revenue contribution, and identifying and activating new high-value partners to expand the portfolio.
You'll work toward clear revenue and lead generation targets for growing partnerships that generate real revenue across APAC, using the global playbook as your foundation and applying judgment on how best to execute it locally. You'll operate as part of the GTM team in APAC, where the ability to communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders at a strategic level matters just as much as your ability to execute day to day. If you're the kind of person who sees a problem and immediately starts solving it rather than escalating it, this role was written for you.
You'll report to our Team Manager of Partnerships and work closely with the global Partnerships team, as well as regional Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership team across APAC.
Grow and expand an existing high-performing, revenue-generating portfolio of tech and channel partnerships, while acquiring high-value new partners, owning your revenue number end-to-end
Take Teamtailor's global partnerships strategy and playbook and continue deploying it at a local level, adapting it to the APAC market.
Develop and manage long-term strategic relationships, and lead thinking on how partnerships accelerate growth in your region and then go execute it.
Operate as part of the APAC GTM team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and regional leadership, and communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders on how to support market growth through partnerships.
Stay sharp on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and the Teamtailor product, and own partner marketing activities in your region.
Roll up your sleeves. This role rewards resourcefulness as much as strategy.
Travel for events and to meet with partners will be required for this role.
This role will at times require work at odd hours. Your direct manager and team is based in EMEA timezones and team meetings and workshops will at times require flexibility in working hours.
A proven track record building and growing tech and/or channel partnerships in the SaaS space, with the commercial drive to work toward revenue targets
High execution power, you've mastered qualification, discovery, partner activation, and nurturing, with a proven track record of scaling an existing portfolio and turning strong partnerships into pipeline at previous companies
A scrappy, resourceful problem-solver who executes independently. You diagnose what's not working, adapt fast, and don't wait for perfect conditions
Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach, comfortable communicating and collaborating with senior stakeholders at a strategic level, and confident representing the brand at external events
Tech-savvy and intellectually curious, ideally with experience in the HR tech space
Based in Sydney and with ability to travel when needed
