Drive new revenue and grow a book of business by selling benefit accounts, COBRA administration, and compliance solutions. Build and maintain strategic relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals within the Midwest territory.

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in benefits, insurance, or compliance. Must possess a valid driver's license for partner visits and demonstrate a hunter mentality with strong resilience.

We are hiring a Regional Sales Director to manage our Northwest territory: Northern CA, Oregon, Washington
Summary:
As an Individual Contributor, you’ll be the face of BASIC in your territory — building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals.
We are hiring an Individual Contributor to manage our Midwest Territory. This includes MO, KS, IA, NE and OK.
