The Director of Slot Performance will drive profitability for casino operators in the EMEA region by implementing data-driven slot optimization strategies. They will provide expert analysis on machine performance, floor layout, and pricing while supporting business development through technical demonstrations.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of senior-level experience in slot operations or slot analytics with a deep understanding of gaming KPIs. Proficiency in BI tools and the ability to travel 35% of the time within the EMEA region are essential.
