The LMHC will provide professional counseling, diagnostic evaluations, and care coordination for patients in a residential facility. They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to implement effective treatment plans.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and possess 2–3 years of experience in clinical or community mental health settings. Proficiency in electronic health records and knowledge of HIPAA regulations are required.
