Manage and resolve technical customer inquiries via a ticket system while ensuring platform stability. Handle API integrations, data feed configurations, and use AI tools to automate recurring tasks.
Requires a solid technical foundation in API integrations and data structures (JSON/XML) with a strong customer-centric communication style. Candidates should be proactive in using AI tools and possess a drive for root-cause analysis.

Du arbeitest im Herzen unseres Technical-Support-Teams: Du beantwortest technische Kundenanfragen, bringst Integrationen zum Laufen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen schnell wieder handlungsfähig sind. Dabei denkst du mit – du willst nicht nur das einzelne Ticket schließen, sondern verstehen, warum ein Problem entsteht, damit es beim nächsten Mal gar nicht erst auftaucht.
Du bearbeitest und löst technische Kundenanfragen im Ticketbetrieb – das ist der Kern deiner Arbeit.
Du kommunizierst klar und kundenzentriert, auch wenn es technisch anspruchsvoll wird oder mal die Zeit drängt.
Du bindest unsere Plattform bei Kund:innen an: Arbeit mit REST APIs, JSON-/XML-Strukturen und Datenfeeds, Konfiguration und Validierung von Integrationen, Analyse von Datenflüssen und Fehlerbehebung.
Du nutzt AI-Tools als selbstverständliches Werkzeug und automatisierst nach und nach wiederkehrende Aufgaben.
Du dokumentierst deine Lösungen so, dass dein Wissen dem ganzen Team gehört.
Du erkennst wiederkehrende Ursachen und bringst deine Ideen zur Vermeidung aktiv ins Team ein.
Ob du aus dem technischen Support, aus Integration/Solution-Themen, dem HR-Tech-Umfeld oder als stark selbstgetriebene:r Quereinsteiger:in kommst – überzeug uns damit, dass du Systeme zum Laufen bringst und gerne mit Kund:innen arbeitest.
Kundenzentrierung und starke Kommunikation. Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und an der Arbeit im Ticketsystem – und bleibst souverän, auch wenn es gerade brennt.
Ein solides technisches Fundament. Erfahrung mit API-Integrationen und Systemanbindungen, gutes Verständnis von Datenstrukturen (JSON/XML).
AI-Neugier und echten Lerndrive. Du nutzt AI-Tools aktiv im Alltag und hast Lust, dir das Bauen eigener Automationen Schritt für Schritt anzueignen.
Ursachendenken statt Symptombehandlung. Du gibst dich nicht mit dem schnellen Fix zufrieden, sondern willst verstehen, was ein Problem wirklich auslöst.
Struktur, Eigenständigkeit und Ruhe. Du arbeitest pragmatisch, dokumentierst als Reflex und löst technische Probleme gerne selbst.
Erfahrung mit SaaS-Plattformen
Skripting-Kenntnisse (z. B. Python oder JavaScript)
Erfahrung mit HR-Tech-Systemen, insbesondere Bewerbermanagement-Systemen (ATS) und deren Schnittstellen
Erste Erfahrung mit AI-Automationen/Agents (z. B. n8n) – schön, aber kein Muss
