Deliver holistic, patient-centered hospice care to individuals and families in homes or facilities. Coordinate care plans and manage symptoms while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of physicians and social workers.
Must be a Licensed RN in Maryland with current CPR certification and a valid driver's license. Requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, with hospice or home care experience preferred.
