The Help Desk Technician serves as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, performing remote troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues. Responsibilities also include installing hardware and software, maintaining system performance, and generating reports on malfunctions and common complaints.
Candidates should possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with a working knowledge of office automation and network administration. An Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
