The IQA Engineer serves as the primary technical owner for incoming raw material quality, ensuring all components meet strict specifications. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing supplier quality performance, and driving corrective actions to protect manufacturing integrity.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 3-5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in NCR/MRB processes and familiarity with ISO 9001 are preferred.

T1 Energy is seeking an experienced IQA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be the primary technical owner for incoming raw material quality, ensuring every component entering our supply chain meets T1 Energy’s strict specifications before it reaches the production floor. Working closely with suppliers, procurement, and manufacturing teams, you will build robust incoming inspection systems, manage supplier quality performance, and drive systematic improvements that protect the integrity of our solar module manufacturing operation.
