The role involves managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance through audits, monthly reporting, and the organization of semi-annual reviews. It also includes conducting event analyses, leading safety workshops, and supporting operational teams within the railway sector.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience, including operational experience in the railway industry. Proficiency in HSE management, SNCF authorizations, and Excel is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Le responsable performance SSE (Santé, Sécurité, Environnement) soutient la BU et les entités dans la préparation, l’animation et le suivi des dispositifs en sécurité, santé et environnement, avec un focus sur les revues, les audits, le reporting, la formation, les séminaires, les animations locales, la gestion des habilitations et l’analyse des évènements.
