Oversee the Commercial/PMO team to provide commercial assurance and manage cost and programme risks for the client's capital projects. Lead the team in managing time, cost, and quality while ensuring compliance with Line of Defence 2 protocols.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying and professional chartered membership (e.g., RICS, CICES). Candidates must have at least 7 years of NEC experience and a background in high-value infrastructure or civil engineering projects.

We have an opportunity to oversee the Commercial / PMO (Client Side) team in providing commercial assurance for our Client’s capital programme / projects. This includes control and management of key Line of Defence 2 (LoD2) duties on behalf of the Client in order to appropriately manage cost and programme risk / opportunity on a programme wide basis.
