The Director of Legal and Compliance will build and lead the company's legal and compliance function, designing strategies to manage regulatory risks and internal policies. They will also negotiate key commercial agreements and serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO during the company's scaling phase.
Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and possess active bar membership. At least 3 years of experience in corporate or in-house legal roles with a focus on contract negotiation and compliance is required.
