Act as the primary contact for guests, translating technical repair needs into clear communication and managing the service process from write-up to delivery. Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflows and maintain accurate documentation in the DMS.
Requires at least 2 years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Experience with Toyota brands, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK systems is strongly preferred.
