Perform equipment set-up, troubleshoot production problems, and conduct preventative maintenance on tooling and machinery. Train operators and assist in the implementation of departmental development and competency plans.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in machining and troubleshooting. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a 3rd shift schedule.

Position Summary:
At this level the associate is proficient in all aspects of the process. They can solve most non-routine process problems. The associate at this level is more aware of the overall business and can recognize the need for and escalate process improvements to standard work that reduce cost and/or improve quality and delivery.
