Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants while handling lease renewals and documentation.
Preferably 3+ years of commercial property management experience and a Washington Real Estate License. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
