The RN manages patient admission, comprehensive pre-operative care, and immediate post-operative stabilization. They are responsible for patient assessments, administering medications, and providing holistic discharge education.
Requires an Associate's degree in nursing (BSN desired) and a valid Kansas RN license. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in Pre-op, PACU, Emergency, or ICU, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
The Pre/Post-Operative Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the patient’s admission to the facility, comprehensive pre-operative care, immediate post-operative care, and stabilization for admission to the inpatient department or return to the home environment.
