Perform 1 to 4+ creative repairs on-site daily while maintaining excellent customer service and communication. Update repair progress via CRM tools and collaborate with the support team to solve complex repair challenges.
Requires hands-on experience in manual work such as construction, manufacturing, painting, or sculpting. Candidates must possess the ability to distinguish and replicate colors and be able to lift 25-50+ pounds of equipment.
