The Shift Manager serves as the Manager-on-Duty, overseeing daily operations, staffing, and the overall guest experience. They are responsible for coaching team members, enforcing safety and brand standards, and rotating through leadership focus areas including people, sales, and tunnel operations.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of supervisory or customer service experience. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and a hands-on leadership style.

The Opportunity
Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing people, and are looking for a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership. Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership, business, and operational skills.
What You'll Do
Lead Operations
Uphold Safety & Brand Standards
People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance
Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps
Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization
