The Life Enrichment Manager develops and implements personalized life skills experiences to foster purpose and meaningful moments for residents with memory loss. They are responsible for organizing group activities, documenting participation, and coordinating with team members to support resident engagement.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with memory-impaired seniors and possess a high school diploma or GED. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to adapt activities to various cognitive levels.
