Lead the full lifecycle of multifamily development projects from acquisition and design through construction and stabilization. Oversee portfolio-wide capital improvements and establish scalable systems to support the company's growth platform.
Proven experience leading multifamily development projects and managing consultants, budgets, and schedules is required. Preference is given to candidates with experience in Florida, Alabama, or Gulf Coast markets.

To support that growth, we are seeking a Director of Development & Construction to lead all development and construction activities across the organization.
This is a rare opportunity to become the first senior executive dedicated to development and construction and help build the platform that will drive the company's next phase of growth.
The Director of Development & Construction will oversee the full lifecycle of multifamily projects—from acquisition and due diligence through design, entitlements, construction, delivery, and stabilization—while also leading capital improvement and renovation projects across the existing portfolio.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will serve as the company's internal expert on all development and construction matters and play a key role in shaping long-term strategy.
