The specialist serves as the first point of contact, managing patient check-ins, scheduling, and high-volume phone calls. They are responsible for insurance verification, collecting payments, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and strong customer service skills, with experience in pediatric offices or eCW software preferred. Proficiency in Spanish and basic computer applications is highly desired.
