The Senior Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales and service calls while managing account information. They also provide leadership by handling escalated customer issues and assisting other team members with operational questions.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. A High School diploma or GED is preferred for this position.
We are currently looking for a Sr. Customer Service Representative (Distribution Center) to play a pivotal role in helping to support excellent customer service, customer retention and new customer acquisition. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a main point of contact for our customers by handling inbound and outbound sales and service related calls and performing administrative functions ensuring the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency and accuracy in all that you do. At the Sr. level you will also be responsible for effectively handling escalated calls from customers and serving as a point person to respond to questions from other team members.
