The Customer Relations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues and address service needs. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate account records and proactively identifying sales opportunities to support customer retention and acquisition.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments effectively.
We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to play a pivotal role in helping to support excellent customer service, customer retention and new customer acquisition. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as a main point of contact for our customers by handling inbound and outbound sales and service related calls which involve resolving issues, determining customer needs, offering appropriate products and services, closing sales and maintaining accurate customer records.
