Provide commercial analytical support for property investments, business plans, and reporting to facilitate evidence-based investment decisions. Responsible for developing financial models, conducting market research, and assisting in the due diligence process for new business opportunities.
Requires a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Property and experience in fund management, property, or valuations. Candidates should possess strong financial modeling skills and the ability to communicate complex commercial information effectively.
