The Paint Prepper assists painters in mixing colors and preparing surfaces for painting while operating painting machinery and booths. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and disposing of hazardous waste according to environmental regulations.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience painting fabricated metals and be proficient in reading blueprints. Proficiency with basic hand tools and standard measuring devices is required.
