Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of experience in construction administration or project management is required.

The Role
The Construction Administrator II plays a critical role in delivering successful projects by overseeing construction administration activities from start to finish. This position collaborates closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are executed in alignment with design intent, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional, this role offers the opportunity to lead project coordination efforts, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the successful delivery of impactful projects.
