The Assistant Property Manager handles day-to-day operations including account management, sales, and property maintenance. Responsibilities include providing face-to-face customer assistance and performing indoor and outdoor property inspections.
Candidates must have 2 years of customer service experience and a valid driver's license. Reliable transportation and the ability to work daytime shifts, including Saturdays, are required.

Assistant Property Manager, Self-Storage Facility
StorPlace, a locally owned self-storage company, is seeking an assistant property manager for our facilities located in Davidson and Wilson County. Our number one focus is to help solve our customers' storage needs. Our managers enjoy a career with a family-oriented company that encourages a balance between work and family time. Our offices close at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, 3 p.m. on Saturday, and we are closed all day on Sunday!
Our managers enjoy a wide variety of tasks including face to face customer assistance, email and data entry as well as indoor and outdoor property inspections and clean-up. They take ownership of day to day operations including account management, sales, problem solving, and property maintenance.

No previous self-storage experience is required. Our team has a wide variety of work experience with one thing in common, a desire to be of service to others. Candidates must also have reliable transportation and be able to work day time shifts. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Saturday between the hours of 8:45 a.m. - 3 p.m.
40-hour work week, competitive salary, plus bonus, plus benefits.
