The People Partner acts as a key HR advisor for the production site, bridging global HR strategies with local operational needs. Responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, driving engagement, ensuring payroll reliability, and supporting organizational transformation.
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in an international HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. A degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business is required, along with fluency in both French and English.
Aperçu du poste : Le/La People Partner est le partenaire RH clé et l’ancrage opérationnel de notre site de production. Au sein d'une structure matricielle, ce rôle fait le lien entre les stratégies RH globales et les besoins du terrain. Votre mission : booster l'engagement, optimiser nos processus et accompagner la transformation de l'organisation, tout en cultivant une culture de la performance dans un environnement industriel.
Présentation du rôle : Vous combinerez un rôle de People Partner avec la gestion de responsabilités très opérationnelles. Vous aurez pour mission d'optimiser les processus RH, d'apporter un soutien RH pragmatique à l'équipe de direction locale et de servir de point de repère opérationnel pour l'équipe sur place.
Ce poste est basé principalement sur notre site de Nanteuil-le-Haudouin, avec des déplacements réguliers au bureau de Paris. Remplacement pour maladie de longue durée jusqu'au retour de la personne dans une durée maximale de 18 mois.
Rattaché(e) au responsable de l'équipe RH Manufacturing au sein d'une organisation matricielle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de site. Vous serez également un interlocuteur privilégié de l'équipe People Operations.
Conseil et accompagnement : Jouer un rôle de conseiller de confiance pour déployer les stratégies RH en phase avec les priorités du business.
Culture et engagement : Stimuler l'engagement et insuffler une dynamique positive. Accompagner les projets de transformation et favoriser une culture collaborative et performante sur le site.
Processus RH : Piloter le cycle de vie RH (onboarding, évaluations annuelles, révisions salariales) et la gestion des outils (Workday). Mener à bien les projets RH clés pour gagner en efficacité et garantir la conformité.
Support RH terrain & Relations sociales : Être le référent opérationnel pour les questions courantes ou complexes, l'application des politiques internes et les sujets de relations sociales, en apportant des solutions claires et conformes au droit du travail.
Opérations RH & Paie : Gérer les opérations RH du quotidien et garantir la fiabilité des données de paie pour la France, dans le respect des processus établis, des normes de qualité et des réglementations locales.
Relais des programmes RH Groupe : Assurer le lien entre les équipes locales et la RH centrale pour adapter le déploiement des projets globaux aux réalités du terrain.
Représentation interne : Apporter votre expertise RH locale lors des sujets internes, notamment dans les échanges avec le CSE et les phases préliminaires de négociation si besoin.
Langues (exigé) : Le français et l'anglais courant sont indispensables pour ce poste
Formation : Bac+3/4 (Licence, Master 1) en Ressources Humaines, Droit, Psychologie ou École de commerce.
Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience minimum, idéalement comme RH Généraliste, Junior People Partner ou Spécialiste RH, au sein d'un groupe international.
Savoir-faire RH : Maîtrise opérationnelle de la gestion du personnel, du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, de la préparation de la paie et du reporting réglementaire français.
Droit du travail : Bonnes connaissances générales du droit du travail français.
Outils RH : Bonne maîtrise des SIRH (saisie de données, extraction de rapports).
Terrain : Expérience préalable sur un site industriel / de production.
Posture : Capacité à appliquer les politiques RH avec discernement et bon sens. Esprit de responsabilité et vraie propriété de vos sujets.
Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, sens du détail et respect des délais. Sensibilisation aux enjeux de confidentialité et de sécurité des données.
Curiosité : Volonté constante d'apprendre, de découvrir de nouvelles méthodes ou outils, et d'intégrer le feedback pour progresser.
Aisance relationnelle : Approche professionnelle, bienveillante et orientée service auprès des managers et des collaborateurs.
Esprit critique : Capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière pragmatique et orientée solutions.
Master 2 en Management des Ressources Humaines.
Maîtrise du SIRH Workday.
Expérience dans la gestion des relations avec le CSE.
