The Sales and Rental Associate is responsible for assisting customers with equipment rentals, product sales, and resolving service issues. They also manage in-store merchandising, inventory control, and coordinate with the yard team to ensure equipment is correctly staged.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales and a High School Diploma. A valid G Class Driver’s License and the ability to lift up to 50lbs are also required.

How you’ll contribute
The Sales and Rental Associate is all about helping customers – whether that’s selling products, taking orders, or resolving issues. It’s important to really listen, respond quickly, and show you care. We want every customer to have a good experience so we do our best to understand what they need and make sure they feel looked after. Responsibilities include:
