Lead the Modern Workplace team to define and deliver the strategy for digital workplace and collaboration services across Stena AB. Responsible for service performance, financial outcomes, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of the digital workplace and collaboration services that enable effective communication, seamless collaboration, and increased productivity across Stena AB and our wide array of businesses.
As a leader at Stena, you will lead by example, inspire and develop your teams, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. You will have overall responsibility for the Modern Workplace team, ensuring the delivery of secure, business-driven, and user-centric services that empower colleagues across the Stena Group to work efficiently and collaboratively.
The teams are based in both Sweden and Poland, making strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border collaboration key aspects of the role.
You will, together with the End User Service Portfolio manager own the roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with Stena's overall business objectives and long-term ambitions. By building strong relationships with business stakeholders, customers, and vendors, you will drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous value creation. You will also be accountable for service performance, financial outcomes, and ensure that services are delivered in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.
About You
You are a confident and inspiring leader who enjoys developing people, building strong teams, and creating an environment where individuals can thrive. With a customer-focused mindset and strong decision-making skills, you know how to balance business needs, service quality, and long-term development.
You bring solid experience within Digital Workplace and Microsoft Collaboration services and have a good understanding of modern IT service delivery. You are comfortable driving change and continuous improvement, while working closely with both business stakeholders and technology partners. Experience with Agile ways of working, ITIL, ServiceNow, and Jira is an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you have proven leadership experience, strong financial understanding, and experience managing budgets and service-based delivery models. You hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or have gained equivalent experience throughout your career.
