Summary
This role supports the global Delivery Excellence function by driving consistency, data visibility, and operational efficiency across consulting engagements. The analyst will focus on maintaining delivery assets, supporting reporting and knowledge management, and enabling the execution of delivery improvement initiatives across business units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Assets & Knowledge Management

• Maintain and update Delivery SharePoint and other Delivery tools in the short-term, longer-term help to maintain delivery playbooks and templates for new offerings.
• Support the organization and upkeep of the centralized knowledge management system
• Ensure content is current, accessible, and consistently structured

1. Reporting & Insights Support

• Track and report on key delivery excellence metrics (e.g., client satisfaction)
• Support the client satisfaction measurement process through data collection and reporting
• Assist in building dashboards and recurring reports for leadership

1. PMO & Coordination Support

• Coordinate delivery excellence initiatives across teams and geographies. Initiatives could include knowledge management system implementation, annual NPS tracking, support of delivery accelerators for the use of AI, or the rationalization of existing delivery accelerators.
• Support implementation of delivery frameworks, tools, and processes
• Assist with internal , documentation, and status updates

1. Tooling & Process Support

• Support rollout and adoption of delivery tools and technologies (including AI tools)
• , and maintain supporting documentation for delivery excellence tools, templates
• Identify and escalate data quality or process gaps

1. Content & Thought Leadership Support

• Support development of thought leadership materials through research, formatting, and content organization
• Ensure alignment of materials with internal standards and priorities

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in professional service operations, PMO, operations, or analytics roles with emphasis on delivery enablement or excellence.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (required)
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Comfortable working with global stakeholders across time zones
• Experience in professional services or life sciences is a
• Strong learning agility to react quickly to business change
• Strong problem solving capabilities with the ability to investigate, identify and challenge solutions as appropriate.
