The Barista is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and processing take-out orders with speed and consistency. They also maintain the cleanliness of the coffee station and provide friendly, efficient service to all guests.
Candidates must possess a Manitoba Smart Choices certificate and have the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous barista or café experience is considered an asset, and flexible availability including weekends is mandatory.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Barista:
As a Barista at Kevin's Bistro, you are responsible for crafting high-quality beverages with care, and processing take-out orders with speed, and consistency. You are passionate about coffee, friendly service, and creating a positive atmosphere for every guest. From expertly pulling espresso shots to recommending menu items, you play a key role in both the guest experience and the overall flow of the restaurant.
