Overview
Stelic is seeking a fully-remote Project Scheduler to support a large-scale data center project in Indiana. You will be working directly alongside the senior leadership team. You will contribute to schedule development, progress tracking, reporting, and coordination across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. This position offers structured mentorship and support, meaningful exposure to complex program delivery, and a clear path for professional development in project controls and construction management.

This role is fully remote, with collaboration occurring through virtual coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the senior leadership team in developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Primavera P6 schedule for a large data center project.
• Assist with WBS structures, activity coding, logic ties, calendars, and sequencing that reflect real construction workflows.
• Collect weekly progress updates from project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and commissioning teams on site.
• Validate activity status, percent complete, and remaining durations through active participation in site walks and field coordination sessions.
• Prepare draft schedule updates, milestone reports, and trend summaries for senior review and client reporting.
• Track procurement updates, long-lead equipment status, and delivery impacts in coordination with the procurement team.
• Assist with baseline maintenance, variance tracking, and structured change management documentation.
• Participate in schedule review meetings, site walks, and coordination sessions with field supervision, trade partners, and commissioning leads.
• Support scenario modeling and recovery planning exercises under senior guidance.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready schedule records, documentation, and narrative reports.
• Develop familiarity with commissioning sequences for critical power and mechanical systems.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of scheduling or project controls experience on construction or large capital projects.
• Experience with or strong interest in data center, heavy electrical, or heavy mechanical construction environments.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, understand activity sequencing, and communicate clearly with field teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to schedule data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

Benefits

• Competitive salary.
• Health, dental, and vision coverage.
• 401(k) program.
• PTO and paid holidays.
• Professional development and training support.

Work Environment
• Fully remote, distributed team environment.
• High collaboration with stakeholders, project teams, and internal project controls staff.
• Requires participation in virtual coordination meetings and cross-project reporting cycles.
• Occasional site visits to the client site in Indiana.

OWNER-SIDE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT CONTROLS We sit on the owner's side of the table. That's the whole orientation. Insight. Before we touch a schedule or a budget, we figure out what decisions you actually need to make and when. From there we build the KPIs, the reporting cadence, and the controls framework sized to your project, not borrowed from a template. The point isn't a thicker dashboard. It's a clearer line of sight from data to decision. Action. We turn that framework into execution. Site supervision, quality control, subcontractor coordination, schedule and cost discipline, risk mitigation, progress reporting that drives the next call instead of describing the last one. Our teams have run this work on data centers, life science fit-outs, federal infrastructure, healthcare, water, and transportation programs. Impact. Outcomes are the only thing that count. Real-time visibility into cost, schedule, and risk, so the owner's team can make the decision in front of them with confidence not after the fact. Programs delivered on time, on budget, and defensible if anything goes to dispute. Stelic is a women-owned firm based in Hagerstown, Maryland. SBA WOSB certified.
