As a Collision Customer Service Advisor with Border Town Collision, you'll be the welcoming face of our collision center and a key point of contact for our customers throughout the repair process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you assist customers with inquiries, appointments, repair updates, and insurance-related questions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires a friendly and professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
