💰 The Mission: Driving Digital Growth & Community Loyalty

You will join our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Brand Manager, and take ownership of Stayforlong's social media presence — from content creation to community management to performance analysis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive audience growth and brand loyalty through end-to-end content creation, proactive community management, and data-backed strategic pivots. You'll be given the trust to operate with real autonomy from early on, taking ownership of the day-to-day social pipeline with close support from your Brand Manager whenever you need it.

Ultimately, your mission is to help Stayforlong become a recognisable, trusted voice across social platforms — and build the experience to grow quickly within the team.

📈 Your Impact

Social Media Strategy & Community Ownership
Act as the frontline voice of the brand across all social channels, including LinkedIn, managing direct messages, comments, and community participation. Maintain a consistent, positive brand image and turn everyday interactions into lasting community loyalty.

Content Creation & Execution
Concept, shoot, write, and edit multimedia assets (videos, stories, carousels) tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Maintain a consistent, high-quality publishing cadence aligned with the brand's visual identity and tone of voice.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Customer Service/Support, Influencer Managers, and Technical teams to resolve community blockers, align campaigns, and solve problems together.

Data-Driven Strategy
Run monthly performance reviews (views, engagement, follower growth, profile visits), identify what's driving top- and bottom-performing content, and translate those insights into concrete adjustments for the following month.

External Content Management
Independently review and approve content submitted by influencers and UGC creators, ensuring deliverables align with brand standards and campaign goals.

Proactive Communication
Keep leadership informed of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and audience sentiment changes. Flag potential risks early, along with a proposed way forward.

👤 Who You Are

Required Experience

• 2 years of experience in a Social Media or Community Management role

• Experience creating and publishing content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Technical Skills

• Comfortable with native platform tools and content creation software (video editing, basic graphic design, copywriting)

• Ability to read and interpret native platform analytics to inform decisions

Soft Skills

• Ownership & Accountability: manages the brand's social channels with the same care as their own project

• Adaptable & Resilient: comfortable in a fast-changing, trend-driven environment

• Collaborator: builds relationships easily across Customer Service, Influencer Management, and Technical teams

• Solution-Oriented: responds to setbacks (e.g. drops in engagement) with a proposed fix, not just a report

• Communication Excellence: clear written communication, comfortable proposing new or untested content ideas

Languages

• Fluent English required

• Fluent Spanish required
