Provide high-quality customer service to promote repeat business in an inbound call center environment. Handle inquiries regarding jewelry and luxury items while maintaining organization and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Requires 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be proficient with Outlook and live within a commutable distance of the Burnsville, MN office.
