Responsible for cleaning and maintaining ovens, ranges, stoves, and other kitchen equipment to company standards. Ensures all safety and sanitation standards are met in accordance with Department of Health policies.
Must be able to obtain required work cards and possess a working knowledge of sanitation techniques and chemicals. Attention to detail is required for assembling and disassembling equipment.
Supports Food and Beverage department in ensuring all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc. are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications. Must assemble and disassemble kitchen equipment and clean. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.
Qualifications:
