Design, develop, and implement automated test systems for NPI and production environments.
Integrate hardware and software components into robust test solutions.
Collaborate with design engineering teams to define test requirements and strategies.
Develop and maintain test programs using LabVIEW and TestStand.
Support NPI builds by ensuring test coverage and troubleshooting test-related issues.
Analyze test data to identify opportunities for process improvement and yield enhancement.
Optimize existing production test systems for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Provide technical support and training to manufacturing and test technicians.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Results – Performance Measures
Achieve quality, technology, schedule, and cost goals
Test development activities and deliverables are compliant with the Starkey Quality Management System
Develop innovative, reusable, and sustainable test methods, hardware, and software
Experience:
5+ years of experience in test engineering or automated test development.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Qualifications
Proficiency in test system architecture and integration.
Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand preferred.
Strong understanding of electronics, instrumentation, and measurement techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $93,940 to $120,750/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Benefits: The following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, company-paid life and short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance plan, hearing aid benefits, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, paid floating holidays, paid volunteer service day, paid paternity and maternity leave and tuition reimbursement.
This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
