This role oversees local market activity, facilitates cross-functional sales opportunities, reviews and approves proposals, and ensures alignment with Stark Tech's go-to-market standards. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, the ability to coach and develop high-performing sales professionals, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, team engagement, and company values. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and can balance strategic oversight with active involvement in client relationships and sales execution.
The expected pay range for this position is $93,007-$124,009 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
