Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing and executing food and sauce recipes using fryers, grills, and ovens according to company standards. Must maintain a clean, organized kitchen while upholding all safety and cleanliness protocols.

Requirements

Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and have flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Whiplash Holdings LLC is the exclusive franchise partner bringing Starbird Chicken to Colorado - with our 2nd location opening in April in Castle Rock. Starbird was founded in 2016, and our vision from the beginning was to re-invent the traditional fast food experience.

Position Overview:
As a Fry Cook / Back of House (BOH) team member, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. You'll prepare and execute food and sauce recipes according to Starbird standards, while upholding cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food items using fryers, grills, and ovens
  • Follow all recipes and food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout the shift
Qualifications:
  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
