Air Duct Technicians are responsible for cleaning and maintaining HVAC systems by removing dust, debris, and contaminants. They must inspect ductwork for leaks and ensure proper system functionality using specialized equipment.
Candidates must have a valid US driver's license, be at least 19 years old, and be able to lift up to 50lbs. Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime is required, with a preference for those with hand tool experience and sales skills.

Our Air Duct Technicians clean and maintain HVAC systems. Responsibilities include inspecting ductwork, removing dust, debris, and contaminants, and ensuring proper system functionality. You will use specialized equipment, identify, and address any issues like leaks. Completing jobs safely through effective communication and following NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) Standards are essential for this role. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.
$16.00 per hour - $16.00 per hour

These are field-based positions and require travel in and around the surrounding area.
Qualifications:
Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime
Experience using hand tools. Power tools preferred, but will train
Valid, US driver's license
Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record
Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.
Willingness to learn other technician roles and assisting when needed.
Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred
Ability to make commission off additional sales and services after training
