Lead and grow the DevOps team while owning the strategy and execution of the internal DevOps platform. Manage infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations to ensure production stability and a seamless developer experience.
Requires over 7 years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Must have strong hands-on expertise in AWS, CI/CD tools, and a software engineering approach to infrastructure.
Stampli is looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead and grow our DevOps function. This role combines people leadership, technical direction, and ownership of the infrastructure, tooling, automation, and operational practices that power Stampli’s production environment.
You will manage DevOps Engineers, hire and onboard an additional team member, and drive the strategy, execution, and evolution of Stampli’s internal DevOps platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Data, AI, Product, and Security teams to improve developer experience, enable fast and safe delivery, and keep production stable.
