The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the emergency department. They are also responsible for supervising LPNs and PCAs while facilitating communication between physicians, families, and the healthcare team.
Candidates must hold a current Iowa RN license. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, though no previous experience is required for this role.
Location: Cedar Falls
Schedule: (Night Shift) - 1 weekend required every 4 weeks
What you will Do:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
