Join our Farmington Primary Care team as a Business Services Representative and become an essential part of our patients’ healthcare experience! As the first point of contact, you’ll create a warm and welcoming environment—whether greeting patients in person or assisting them over the phone. In this key role, you’ll manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, and collect copays and payments at the time of service. You’ll also coordinate pre-authorizations, referrals, and help prepare charts to ensure smooth and efficient visits. Your attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service will help keep our practice running efficiently while supporting our providers in delivering compassionate, high-quality primary care to the Farmington community.
