The Administrative Liaison manages surgical scheduling and provides comprehensive administrative support to physicians and senior staff. Additionally, they handle reception duties, physician credentialing, and meeting coordination.
Candidates must have an associate degree in Administrative Medical Secretary or 5 years of related experience, including mandatory surgical scheduling experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with proficiency in office software and the ability to lift 20 lbs.
The Administrative Liaison will split its time between surgical scheduling and administrative support of the practice. They also provide adequate backup in reception coverage by assisting in greeting outpatients, collation and handling incoming calls. In supporting the practice physicians this position will be responsible for surgical scheduling.
Pay Range: $20.20- $26.50
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
